Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor with more than 13 years of experience supporting survivors of intimate partner violence, childhood trauma, and family‑system disruptions. As the spouse of a disabled veteran, she brings a unique and personal understanding of military culture, values, and the complex mental health challenges often associated with military life.
Natalie holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and has extensive experience in child protection, domestic violence intervention, and trauma‑informed care. She was a certified trainer in the Safe & Together™ Model for domestic violence and has worked with both adult and child survivors of violence, as well as with families navigating its far‑reaching impact.
Natalie is deeply attuned to the complex dynamics of domestic violence—its insidious nature, the cycle of power and control, and the very real barriers that prevent survivors from leaving. She meets survivors exactly where they are, whether they are staying, leaving, or existing somewhere in between. Her approach is grounded in non‑judgment, safety, and empowerment, while also holding perpetrators accountable as a critical component of meaningful change.
Natalie also works with the youngest children and their parents with a therapy model that can be utilized in person and via telehealth. She has been able to have behaviors that were disrupting the home by the youngest member of the family end with PCIT. This amazing therapy modality has been working for 30 years and creates behavior change that is nothing short of miraculous! A child that one would think will need to go to a residential placement is able to change their behaviors completely with only 5 mins of "homework" a night? It is true and Natalie has been able to do this with several families and has been thanked many times for her work with the youngest littles who were struggling and "their adults." She has also worked with other children of all ages using several other research based modalities.
She has worked with individuals across the full spectrum of mental health diagnoses and has a strong clinical focus on trauma recovery. Natalie is trained in TF‑CBT, Sand Tray Therapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, PCIT, The Gottman Method level 2 trained, EFT , a certified MATCH therapist and is adoption‑competent. Using a person‑centered, integrative approach, she works with individuals, couples, families, and groups to help clients identify underlying patterns, process painful experiences, and make meaningful, long‑lasting changes in their lives.
Natalie describes it as an honor to witness clients transform—from being defined by what happened to them, to embracing identities rooted in strength, resilience, and renewed self‑worth. She approaches this work with humility, authenticity, and a deep respect for each client’s journey

Connecting families, couples, and individuals
We are here to help parents reconnect with children, couples reconnect with each other, or individuals manage those difficult life adjustments. So many things are thrown at us daily, and no one prepares us for them. Here, we can help by showing you ways to cope, to process, to heal, and to give you tools for your everyday life.

Specializing in trauma recovery and joy
We enjoy working with trauma because we love to see the change and healing that takes place when someone reclaims their joy. We also love working with "the littles" and their parents, watching the attunement happen and the happiness that ensues. Seeing couples reconnect is another deeply rewarding aspect of our work.
"Therapy with me is like having a conversation with a friend, but a friend who is objective and helpful."
